Position: Sr. Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities in the real estate market. Generate leads, conduct property tours, and present options to potential clients to drive sales conversions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budgets. Provide personalized guidance and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities. Conduct research to identify potential buyers and investment opportunities. Provide market insights and recommendations to clients.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize property deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company. Handle price negotiations, prepare contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Networking and Lead Generation: Build a network of potential clients, real estate agents, developers, and industry professionals. Attend networking events, seminars, and trade shows to expand client base and generate referrals.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, negotiate deals, and build relationships. Fluency in local languages and English is required.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using technology tools and platforms related to real estate sales, such as CRM software, online property listing portals, and virtual tour platforms. Comfortable with utilizing digital communication channels and social media for lead generation and client engagement.

Market Knowledge: Sound understanding of the local real estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations. Knowledge of current market conditions and competitor analysis is an advantage.

Result-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.

Position: Sales Manager/Asst. Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives. Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to maximize their sales potential. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets. Identify market opportunities, set sales goals, and create sales forecasts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Act as a point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Sales Generation: Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, property tours, negotiations, and deal closures. Drive the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, monitoring sales activities and providing support when needed.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, target markets, and investment opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead, motivate, and communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Fluency in local languages and English is required.
